| Q: How does it work? |
| A: After creating an account on the Reg.Net Affiliate Network, you will be able to choose from a list of products which ones would best be suited to the content of your website or opt-in newsletter. The developer of the program will then approve or dissaprove your request for affiliation. If approved, you will be provided with a link for that product that contains your ID. If a customer follows the link (through a banner ad, newsletter, or webpage) and purchases the product, you will be credited for that sale in the dollar amount or percentage set by the developer. |

| Q: When do I get paid? |
| A: Payments will be sent on a quarterly basis. |

| Q: How do I know when a customer has purchased using my affiliate information? |
| A: Once logged in, you can view your sales reports. For privacy reasons, no customer information will be displayed. |

| Q: How come I don't see the customer information on my Sales Reports? |
| A: For privacy reasons, no customer information will be shared with the affiliate. |

| Q: How are cookies used to ensure that I get credit for a sale? |
| A: Each time a customer clicks on a purchase link with your affiliate ID they are directed to the webpage to purchase. A cookie is also stored on their machine (provided the customer is set to allow cookies) that contains your affiliate ID and the product ID. A customer may decide not to purchase immediately. The benefit of the cookie is that if they return to our site and purchase that product, you will still get credit for the sale. |

| Q: What if a customer purchased using my affiliate link but I don't see their sale on my Sales Report? |
| A: Bear in mind that the Sales Report only reflects completed sales. If the customers purchase was declined or had another problem, it will not appear on your Sales Report. If there is a purchase you are certain should appear but does not within 2 business days, please login to your account to contact Affiliate Relations. |

| Q: What is your unsolicited e-mail policy? |
| A: As specified in the agreements no developer or affiliate may use unsolicited e-mail to promote the sale of a product. Doing so will result in termination of the account and may lead to withholding funds. |

| Q: How do I contact the developer? |
| A: To enable us to support multiple developers and a large affiliate network, all communication with the developers should be handled through the affiliate system. Log in and contact affiliate relations with your request or question. |

| Q: Do I get credit if a customer calls in the order? |
| A: Customers can setup pending orders online. If the call is to complete a pending order that was generated using your affiliate link, you will get credit. If they call us without a pending order, there is no reliable way to track how the sale was generated. |

| Q: How do I close my affiliate account? |
| A: If you no longer wish to participate in the Affiliate Network, you can close your account by contacting Affiliate Relations. |

| Q: Can I use my own affiliate ID to purchase products? |
| A: Yes. If you are an active affiliate and the developer has approved your request for affiliation with his/her product and you use your own link you will be credited for that sale. Keep in mind that the credit will be adding to your account and not deducted from the purchase price of the product. |
